Securing your transport
In 1994, BVT obtained IATA accreditation, which allows us to provide training in the field of dangerous goods transport by air. This new accreditation symbolises the evolution of our company and complements the one for road transport. These training courses are subject to recycling before the expiry of the current certificate issued for a period of 24 months.
Since then, our trainers, experts in their fields, have been training your teams to make them autonomous, responsive and qualified to ensure the transport of dangerous goods. These training courses are an asset for your employees, they enable them to :
- Know the regulations concerning the packaging and transport of goods
- Know the risks that may arise during transport
- Learn how to react following an incident

Before handling and transferring goods, it is mandatory that your packaging be approved according to IATA standards. In our laboratory, our experts test the packaging using specific machines and techniques, so that it can be validated for transport.
Air dangerous goods transport trainings (IATA)
In general, all employees involved in the transport of these goods are concerned by IATA regulations. Each of them has a specific role. Upstream, this may be to ensure that the packaging meets IATA standards by having it tested in our laboratory. During the transfer, agents are also responsible for guaranteeing the safe, monitored and controlled storage and transport of goods, while acting as a preventive measure during the entire transport process. To meet this need, BVT provides specific training for each profession:
In 2020, the trainees trained by our experts had a 96% success rate in the exam to obtain the IATA certificate. This success symbolizes the expertise and teaching quality of our trainers.
